Free UK Standard delivery on orders over £20

  • Order before 4pm to have your order dispatched the same day and receive your order within 5 working days.
  • If you order after 4pm, your order will be dispatched the next working day and will be with you within 5 working days once dispatched.

Free UK next working day delivery on orders over £100

  • Free UK next working day delivery before 6pm.

Free UK delivery to an InPost 24/7 locker for orders over £20*

*For orders under £20 InPost locker delivery will cost £3.49

  • Avoid waiting in by picking up your order from your local InPost locker.
  • Order before 4pm Sunday-Thursday to collect your order the next day.
  • Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day and orders placed on Friday and Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
  • All lockers are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This means you can collect your parcel at a time that suits you.
  • You will be sent text and email notifications when your order has arrived in the locker and have 72 hours to collect your parcel.
  • Collection at the locker is quick and easy. Simply scan the QR code provided to retrieve your parcel. Itís all done in seconds without you having to queue.

Tracking the status of your order

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your YourPharmacy account which you must set up in order to make your purchase.

Once logged in to your account, you can click 'View my Orders' where your order will be given one of the following notes:

  • Order received: confirming that your order has been successfully received by YourPharmacy.co.uk and will shortly be ready for processing.
  • Order being processed: your order is with our warehouse for processing and dispatch.
  • Order cancelled: Sadly we cannot progress your order due to an outstanding issue. You will be sent an email notification regarding the cancellation, advising on next steps. You can speak to our Customer Care team on 0121 541 1800 or by sending a note to on our contact page.
  • Order dispatched / Track Parcel: congratulations! Your order has now left YourPharmacy.co.uk and is on its way via your selected delivery method.
  • Order part-dispatched: to avoid having to wait longer we have part-dispatched your order and will email you with the expected dispatch date for the remaining items. Please note, we will only part-dispatch when both parts of the order total £7.50 or more.

Terms & conditions

  • All deliveries are subject to YourPharmacy.co.uk successfully receiving payment.
  • Delivery options exclude Bank and other public holidays.
  • We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more packages.
  • Packages sent via Next Day Delivery pre 1pm services will require a signature at the point of delivery.
  • All pharmacy purchases require additional approval, which will involve completion of an online questionnaire and any subsequent approval.
  • We strive to ensure our delivery targets are met but sadly when they're not we're unable to accept liability for any out of pocket expenses incurred for failed or delayed orders. You're still entitled to your full statutory rights.
  • Sadly, our Next Day delivery services are only available in the UK and exclude the following postcodes: AB, DD, DG, FK18+, HS, IV, KA27, KA28, KW, PA20+, PH, ZE, BT68+, IM, GY, JE and TR21-25.
  • For orders over 25kg, there's an additional charge of £3.49 per 25kg. You'll be notified at the checkout.
  • Depending on the location, contents and weight of your order, we may use a combination of couriers to deliver your order safely, e.g. it's required that aerosols are delivered via a road-based courier. This is a requirement of the January 2013 Dangerous Goods act, introduced by the Civil Aviation Authority. You will not be charged additional delivery fees if this occurs.
  • We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more packages.
  • We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated dispatch timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We are under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products within estimated timescales caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, all orders will be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 days or a full refund will be issued
